International Return Policy
For customers outside Sri Lanka
1. Overview
We take great care in crafting every pair of Laydeez shoes. However, if you receive a defective item, we’ll make it right. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders. Instead, eligible defective items will receive store credit.
2. Returns Not Accepted
We’re unable to accept returns for:

Change of mind

Wrong size or style

Color or material preferences
3. Defective Item Claims
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To report a defect:

Email support@laydeez.lk with your order number.

Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect.

Briefly describe the issue.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue store credit equal to the purchase value of the defective item.
4. No Need to Return
For international customers, we do not require you to send the defective item back.
Once the defect is verified through your photos or videos, we’ll issue your store credit directly — saving you time, shipping costs, and customs hassle.
5. Store Credit Details

Store credits are issued in the same currency used for your purchase.

They can be used on any future Laydeez order within 12 months.

Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Final Sale Items
Products purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for store credit unless they arrive defective.
7. Policy Updates
Laydeez reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
