Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following items, subject to the conditions outlined below:

Unused and Unworn Footwear

  • Items must be in their original condition, without any signs of wear or damage.

Factory Defects

  • Defects must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the package.

Gift Items

  • Items gifted by friends can be returned for size issues, provided you present the original receipt or order ID.

Original Packaging

  • Returns must include the original packaging, tags (if attached), and labels in intact condition.

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Worn or Damaged Footwear: Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Missing Packaging: Items without their original packaging, tags, or labels.
  • Customized or Personalized Footwear: Custom-made items cannot be returned.
  • Oversized Footwear: Sizes above 9 (41) are non-returnable.
  • Sale & Promotional Items: All items marked as "Sale" or purchased during promotional campaigns are final sale and cannot be returned.
    • Attention: Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please double-check your size and preferences before purchase.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Previously Exchanged Products: Items that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Return Form

    • Complete the return initiation form available at the end of the page.
    • Note: Returns will not be accepted without the form.
  2. Pack Your Items Securely

    • Use the original packaging or a suitable alternative to securely pack the footwear.
  3. Include Required Documents

    • Add a copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice to the package.
  4. Ship the Return Package

    • Domestic Returns: Send the package to:

    • International Returns: Customers returning products from outside Sri Lanka must use a reliable courier service. International return shipping costs, including customs duties and taxes, are the customer's responsibility.

      • Clearly mark the package as a "Return" to avoid additional import charges.
      • Ensure proper documentation to prevent delays in customs processing.

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Trackable Shipping

  • Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Prepaid Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds or Exchanges

Inspection

  • All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

Exchanges

  • Approved returns will be exchanged for the requested size or style (subject to availability) within 7-10 business days.

Refunds for Factory Defects

  • For items with factory defects, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days or arrange an exchange.

Refund Processing

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed in the same currency and method as the original payment.
    • Note: Refunds are only granted for factory defects or errors on our part.
  • Bank Processing Time: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account due to bank or credit card processing delays.

International Returns Policy

Customers outside Sri Lanka must adhere to the following conditions:

  • Return Window: International returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes incurred during return shipment.
  • Shipping Carrier: Use a reliable shipping service with tracking to prevent lost shipments.
  • Processing Time: International returns may take longer due to customs clearance, typically 14-21 business days for processing.

Sales Product Terms

Please note the following additional terms for items purchased during sales or promotions:

Final Sale Policy

  • All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless defective.

Discount Codes

  • Discount codes or promotional offers cannot be combined with sale prices unless explicitly stated.

Stock Availability

  • Sale items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Orders containing sale items cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

Shipping Delays

  • Shipping times during sales may be slightly longer due to high demand.

Defective Sale Items
