International Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We are pleased to ship orders from Laydeez Lanka (Sri Lanka) to customers worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team to check feasibility.

2. Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and chosen courier service.

  • Import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by your country are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are not included in the product cost or shipping fee paid to us.

  • Please contact your local customs office for details on any duties or charges you may incur.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, we typically process and dispatch within 3-4 business days (unless otherwise noted).

  • International delivery time depends on the courier, destination country and customs clearance. A typical estimate is 7-21 business days after dispatch.

  • Please note these are estimates — delays may occur due to customs inspections, local postal service issues or other unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • We use reliable international courier services with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • We strongly recommend selecting a service that allows you to track the package until final delivery.

  • Once the parcel is in the hands of the courier or customs in the destination country, further processing is outside our control.

5. Customs, Import & Export Regulations

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct, and that your country’s customs regulations permit import of footwear.

  • For returns (see our Return Policy), you must clearly mark the package as “Return Goods – No Commercial Value” to avoid additional import charges.

  • Please be aware that due to customs delays or prohibitions in certain countries, we cannot guarantee transit time or success of clearance.

6. Order Modifications, Cancellations & Lost Shipments

  • If you wish to modify or cancel your international order, please contact us as soon as possible — prior to dispatch if possible.

  • Once the package is in transit or handed to the courier, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification.

  • Should a shipment be lost or damaged in transit, we will assist with the courier’s claims process, but any customs-related delays or charges remain the customer’s responsibility.

7. Returns from International Orders

  • International returns must adhere to our Return Policy provisions (e.g., initiate within 14 days of delivery) and the customer covers return shipping, duties and taxes. (Laydeez)

  • Please use a trackable service and clearly mark the package as “Return Goods” to facilitate customs clearance and avoid unwanted import charges.

8. Currency & Payment

  • Orders placed internationally will be charged in the currency presented at checkout.

  • Any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees applied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
