Shoe Repair Handover Guidelines
Dear Valued Customer,
Before we accept your shoes for repair, please read and follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth process and the best possible outcome:
1. Clean Shoes Before Handover
Please make sure the shoes are clean and dry. We may not accept shoes that are wet, muddy, or in unsanitary condition.
2. Clearly Communicate the Issue
Describe the exact problem you want us to fix (e.g., loose sole, broken heel, torn strap). This helps us focus on your concern and avoid unnecessary alterations.
3. Remove Personal Items
Ensure any insoles, foot pads, laces, or other removable accessories are taken out before handing over the shoes, unless they are part of the repair.
4. Understand Repair Limitations
While we do our best, some damage (especially old or heavily worn-out items) may not be fully restorable to original condition. Our team will inform you of any risks involved before starting the repair.
5. Estimated Time for Repair
Repairs typically take [1–2 weeks] depending on the complexity and factory workload. Urgent repairs may be discussed separately.
6. Advance Payment (If Applicable)
Some repairs may require an advance payment before we begin. Our staff will inform you if this applies.
7. Pick-Up Deadline
Please collect your repaired shoes within [7 days] of notification. We may not be able to store unclaimed items long-term.
8. No Warranty on Customer-Damaged Material
We do not provide warranty for repairs on shoes with extremely worn-out or cracked materials that may not hold even after fixing.
